Too many worthless websites are popping up left 'n right every single day - adding to an endless amount of absolute junk on the net we all have to go through. Gah. It's nice to finally come across a website such as yours - it's like a breath of fresh air! Thank you :)

I have been collecting the state quarters when they first came out in 1999. My collection has grown and it is really impressive. I have both the Denver mint and the Philadelphia mints. Collection is not complete yet, but once it is, it is going to be fantastic. Also, very imformative blog on hoe to get started in the world of coin collecting.

What great advise on starting a collection. I took my son to a local coin club meeting at his request, and when they asked me what I collected, I had no idea what to say. So, I blurted out that I wanted to collect coins with animals on them. Not sure where that idea came from, but it turned out to be a 15 year passion for me, so far. I have made so many friends, and other coin club members have brought me animal coins back from their trips. I also have discovered counties I never heard of by becoming interested in the coin. I never planned to be a collector, but it has turned out to be a lot of fun, for a long time!
